Shifnal Carnival – A Fantastic Day for the Community It’s been a brilliant day in Shifnal as the town came together for the annual carnival. Our Safer Neighbourhood Team and officers from other teams have been out on foot throughout the day, engaging with residents, supporting local businesses and public houses, and helping ensure everyone could enjoy the event safely.
From fairground patrols to conversations with families and traders, the atmosphere has been positive and a real credit to the community.
As the carnival begins to wind down, our officers aren’t going anywhere. We’ll continue to be visible around the town this evening, checking in with local pubs and keeping an eye on things as many gather to watch the Three Lions in their final World Cup group game.
